The ``FabricSynchronization`` extension contains functions or objects that can help with synchronization. 

The :kl-ref:`SimpleLock` object implements a simple mutex.

The :kl-ref:`FewObjectsRecyclingAllocator` object implements a simple per-thread object allocator.
